Nguyên Liệu – Ingredients:
Steamed lime garlic butter lobster tails
4 lobster tails, thawed
2Tbsp butter, melted, divided / bơ
1Tbsp minced garlic / tỏi bằm
2Tbsp lime juice / nước cốt chanh
1/2 tsp sea salt / muối
1/2 tsp white ground pepper / tiêu trắng
1/2 paprika / ớt khô
1 cup of water / nươc
Direction notes:
Cut the top of the shell with kitchen scissors to the tip of the tail
Spread shell open, pull the meat off the shell but still attached near the fan.
(You can lay the meat on top of the shell which halves close together beneath it.)
Devein and scrape out the black intestinal line, wash if needed
Mix 1/2 butter, lime juice, salt, ground pepper, paprika
Pour the butter mixture over the meat
Pour 1 cup of water, place basket into the IP
Place the tails, shell up on a steam basket
STEAM, NORMAL, 1′, 6-7′ Natural Pressure Release. Internal of the meat 140F (60C)
Brush 1/2 butter remain.
