  1. How about a simple check box with choice like Yes No, N/A. meaning for one product it has 3 box of choices to make. so there is no formula needed.

    This was helpful but the ability to do this is much more useful within the numbers application made by apple. It allows you to insert the check box into a cell instead of onto of a cell. However Excel is much better for man other uses.

  4. Michael how to make a check box that will allow us to print all sheet (page) in Excel (if ticked) and if not checked this page will be not printed. I am working on a template which has 15 sheets and not all need to be printed all the time. Thank you for your help
