Óc gạo xào dừa | Periwinkle stir fried with coconut



Ingredients:
4 pounds of periwinkles
4 table spoon of cooking oil
4 cloves of chopped garlic
1/2 cup of ground/chopped lemon grass
3 minced Thai hot pepper
8.5 oz of coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 cup of Vietnamese coriander

  1. Oooh!  I LOVE this recipe.  My sister-in-law from Vietnam made this for us when she first came over and I still remember it now.  Super delicious.  I think it's so neat that you have all these recipes…love the use of different proteins and seafood.  Thanks for another great upload.
